- Drive local economic growth in each of the regions where Safaricom operates, particularly through the support of dealers (Regional Operations)

The value to our business: This will help Safaricom to manage risks related to Health and Safety, be compliant with laws and regulations and therefore retain its license to operate. Offering and promoting optimal working conditions will strengthen its reputation, its ability to attract and retain talent, enhance productivity and engagement. It will also increase the penetration of Safaricom into the regions, growing the local economies and driving revenue. In the long term, it will create a favorable economic environment in which the business can flourish.
